CLINICAL POSITIONS

 

Pediatric Nurse/CNA/MA::  administration of treatments and medications, in the care of the ill, injured, or infirm and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and the prevention of illness of others under the direction of the Office Supervisor or Clinical Manager. Duties require traveling from time to time. Secondary duties include assisting with special projects and other tasks as delegated by Office Supervisor. 

 

Phone Triage Nurse: call, listen, and advice Guardians with teaching how to care for the acute/chronic illness the child may have. Duties require traveling from time to time. Secondary duties include assisting with special projects and other tasks as delegated by Office Supervisor. 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Phone schedulers:  Answer-incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, send messages tothe nurses EPRO, retrieve voicemail and website messages, sort & route mail.

 

Check-in Receptionist:  greet patients; verify patient demographics, collection of patient co-pay, enter visit info into EPRO, print encounter forms, communication with nursing staff.

 

Medical Records Specialist:  insurance confirmation, copying medical records, scanning, routing mail, routing faxes, answering phones, filing.

 

BILLING POSITIONS

Checkout Receptionists:  posts encounters, collect balance, enter patient data, schedule appointments, enter reminders, and balance daily financials

 

Billing and Insurance Specialist:  file insurance claims, post receipts, process aged insurance collections, hospital billing, patient statements, and provide support to check-out staff in the patient offices

 

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

 

Department Managers and Supervisors:  assist and serve every area of our company and lead the various teams daily in all locations

 

Administrative Supervisor: supervise scheduling department, handle difficult calls, monitor phone system, order supplies.

Billing Supervisor: monitor, coordinate, and supervise on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and PRN basis the work flow and responsibilities of the Billing Department.  Assist with special projects and other tasks

 

Business Department Manager: manage, coordinate, perform, and direct all financial affairs assist with special projects and other tasks as delegated by the Practice Administrator

Information Technology Manager: manage IT projects, Support Windows 2000 platform, troubleshoot hardware and system problems, perform, plans, coordinate, and implement a variety of information technology activities, provide technical telephone support, perform backups, provide vendor support, server administration , web support, and other tasks as delegated by Practice Administrator, IT Director and Web Director

 

Clinical Manager: responsible for all clinical department direction, supervision, utilization of staff and all other clinical resources, including clinical equipment, clinical supplies, and clinical office needs.  Oversee and monitor all OSHA, CLIA, HRS, and other clinical Risk Management needs of the practice to include Patient Incidents.  Will maintain adherence to all governmental clinical regulations by staying current with new legislation. Plan, organize, monitor, follow up and control all department related activities and clinical operations.
