For your convenience, you may request non-urgent appointments thru our website.

Appointments may also be scheduled by calling (239) 768-2111. Please know that sick children are generally seen on the same day. Office hours may be extended as needed, so please call early.

We will be happy to see your child by appointment during our regular office hours. For your convenience, we offer Saturday hours as well. We do request appointments be made for all visits. We value your time and recognize how difficult it can be to wait with small children; therefore, we will make every effort to communicate schedule delays. Please let us know if you have to cancel an appointment or if you are unable to arrive on time. If you plan to bring more than one child to a given appointment, please let us know so that we can be prepared and allow for extra time.

We are sometimes asked by parents to treat children without an appointment. We will consider doing so for any of the following reasons:

Your child’s illness is of an emergent nature.

Request for a nurse assessment.

Request for treatment after hours

We understand the burden of long waits and high costs an E.R. visit places on the family. Please know that you may incur an additional charge for these types of services, however, the charges nor the wait time will compare to those of an emergency room visit.

For rescheduling or canceling an appointment, please call our office 24 hours in advance to reschedule. A $50.00 fee may be charged for missed visits that were previously confirmed.

Our staff will schedule your appointment and also route any clinical calls to our Nurse Call Center. Our busiest phone times are during the morning hours from 8:00 am to 10:00am. For non-urgent requests, please complete the various forms available from our home page or call (239) 768-2111.

If your child is unconscious, not breathing or experiencing any type of life threatening emergency, call:
